A Brooklyn Navy Yard-based electrical company is seeking a full-time, permanent Project Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Transit Experience a plus
- More than 5 years of Project Management experience in construction
- Proficient with Bluebeam and Procore a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use company systems and processes to plan and set up projects
- Create and maintain Project Documentation: such as submittals, change orders, purchase orders etc.
- Communicate and set up meeting with customers and vendors
- Visit jobs sites and oversee and communicate necessary changes or directions
- Lead Progress Meetings
- Initiate submission of project deliverables
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
